Terms and Conditions for Competitions and Giveaways by IA Creative Pty Ltd:

1. IA Creative P/L reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, any purchases made that directly relate to entry into the competition will be refunded. This applies only to circumstances where a fee has been charged directly as part of entry into the competition. It does not include general upgrades (e.g. to Gold Status or Ad-Free status in apps.)

2. Competitions close at 11.59 pm UTC on the given closing date of the competition, usually the last day of the month. Entries submitted after this time will be deemed ineligible and will not be included in the draw.

3. Prizes are only available in the regions listed in the registration form due to availability and compliance with local and state laws. Selecting a false region in order to enter may lead to disqualification of eligibility or withdrawal of any prizes.

4. Entering the competition with false or incorrect details may result in disqualification of eligibility.

5. In the event that a winner is disqualified, the prize(s) will be redrawn and awarded to the first eligible recipient(s).

6. When prizes are offered with a fixed financial value (e.g. gift cards, Amazon cards), the amount stated is in USD. Prizes will be issued in the winner’s local currency, based on currency conversion rates at the time of issue, as provided by our financial institution. In cases where prizes are only available in set amounts, the amount awarded will be the closest amount available to the stated prize amount, of equal or lower value.

7. Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the prize draw by email. If a response is not received within 7 days of emailing the winner, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will take place.

8. By entering the draw, the winner accepts that their name may be published on social media and in-app. Winners may opt-out of this by stating in writing, via return email, that they do not want their name to be published.

9. Employees and associates of IA Creative P/L, including their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in prize draws, giveaways, or competitions.

10. By entering the competition or giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other relevant rules or guidelines provided by IA Creative Pty Ltd.

11. IA Creative P/L reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any entry that is found to be fraudulent or tampering with the competition process.

12. Any personal information collected during the competition will be used in accordance with IA Creative Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy.

13. IA Creative P/L will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

14. The decision of IA Creative P/L in all matters relating to the competition will be final and binding.

15. IA Creative P/L reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions regularly for any updates.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions and giveaways organized by IA Creative Pty Ltd and govern the relationship between the participants and IA Creative P/L. By participating in any competition or giveaway, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
